Early registration
The deadline for early registration is December 15, 2010.

Registration Fees:

	Registration fee	Conference fee includes
Participants	2,600 €	Unlimited access to all sessions and exhibition, hotel accommodation in a single room for three nights (Hotel Palacio), full board during the conference, and an excursion to Lisbon.
Students*	1,950 €
Accompanying persons	750.00 €	Accommodation in a double room for three nights, full board during the conference, and an excursion to Lisbon.

Hotel accommodation
Participants will be booked at the Hotel Palacio (5 star). Extra nights before and after the conference can be booked while registering for the congress, either via internet or with the enclosed registration form. Please do not contact the hotel directly.

Confirmation
Upon receipt of the full registration fee, each participant will receive a confirmation of registration. Please present this confirmation at the registration desk as proof of your registration.

Cancellation/name change
Refund of fees, less 25% administrative charges, can be applied for in writing up to February 10, 2011. After this date no refund will be possible. For any change of names, a fee of € 20 will be charged.

Responsibility
The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organisers should the holding of the conference be hindered or prevented by political events (such as acts of terrorism, danger of hostility, war, etc.) or by unexpected economic events or generally by force majeure, or should the non-appearance of speakers or the other reasons necessitate programme changes. With registration, the participant accepts this proviso.
